Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Whisk
  • Serving Cups or Molds

Ingredients

Base Batch

  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder about 20 g
  • 2 cups water divided
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice stevia, monk fruit, or small honey drizzle
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or flavoring of choice
  • Optional Add-ins pinch of salt, splash of citrus juice, or ½ cup berries

Instructions

  • Sprinkle gelatin powder over ½ cup cold water and let it bloom for 3–5 minutes until softened.
  • Heat 1½ cups water until steaming (not boiling). Stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved and clear.
  • Add sweetener and flavoring of choice. Optionally include salt, citrus, or berries for variation.
  • Pour mixture into small cups or molds. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Serve chilled as a mindful pre-bed snack. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Notes

Enjoy as part of a quiet evening ritual to help steady cravings and promote calm. Keep portions small (½ cup) and focus on slow, mindful eating. Flavor rotation—such as citrus vanilla or berry calm—keeps the habit sustainable.
